PAX East is chock full of amazing experiences for gamers, nerd culture enthusiasts, cosplayers, TCG fans, and frankly anyone who just enjoys a fun and varied experience in this rich ecosystem.

This refreshing and challenging take on the zombie survival genre, set in the 1980s, kept me coming back again and again despite repeated deaths and failures.

'Atomfall' is a refreshing and unabashedly unique take on the survival first person style of games and while it is not a masterpiece it is a compelling experience.

'Avowed' is a colorful and fun RPG set in a unique universe; it succeeds thanks to its excellent exploration and loot mechanics.

There are some good concepts here but they are surrounded by clunky gameplay and a story I struggled to comprehend
