Has the relentless pursuit of perfection got you down?

Is your personal style defined by what you see in the pages of the shelter and lifestyle mags?

Are you caught up in the endless cycle of more and depressed because it never seems like enough?

If you can answer yes (or even maybe) to any of those questions, Dan Ho has some suggestions as to how you can simplify your life and uncover the meaning of real style while doing it.

A health crisis in 1998 forced successful restaurateur Ho to re-evaluate his life, and as he began the process of simplification, he not only discovered better health, he also uncovered the true style which comes from within and is born of satisfaction with one's life.

Photobucket - Video and Image HostingThe author of the newly released book, Rescue From Domestic Perfection: The Not-So Secrets of Balancing Life and Style (Bulfinch, October 2006), Ho joins Discovery Health in a fun and refreshing new prime time series that demonstrates how simplification can lead to a healthy body and soul.
