I feel much better knowing Kristy Swanson’s opinions on the following (click on “Expressions”):
- I am a huge football fan, and I am very psyched that the new season is finally underway. I don’t have a particular “team,” per se, but I like to follow the Rams and the Steelers, and I think the new QB for the Houston Texans, David Carr, is amazing to watch.
Musically, I have to say that I am into the new Eminem CD: “The Eminem Show,” as well as Pink’s album “Missundaztood.” I mostly play techno when I work out. There’s also a side of me that digs heavier rock, though, and I’m liking the Disturbed album and the kind of rock/metal they play on KNAC.COM, which is my favorite website. Also, I’m looking forward to seeing the band The Color Green when they open for Creed at the Staples Center on October 8th, 2002.
With my work schedule, I don’t get to go out to the movies too often, so I’m still catching up on stuff that’s already been out for a while. I tend to go for some of the more offbeat comedies, and recently I have loved watching the Coen Brothers’ “Fargo” and Chris Smith’s “American Movie.”
As far as television, I find that I usually just keep it on ESPN, Discovery Channel or Comedy Central. I am addicted to “The Daily Show,” and I like “Crank Yankers” and “Primetime Glick,” as well as Denis Leary’s new show.
So now you know a little bit about the kind of stuff that I am into. I encourage you to check out some of the links on the site and thank you again for stopping by!
You’re welcome!
