Osbournes TV History

Ozzy and Sharon say their MTV cash cow ($85m), I mean reality show, The Osbournes is finished after three seasons, and frankly, what’s left to do at this pont? You probably don’t want to revisit cancer, pet incontinence and family-wide substance abuse. But thumbs up to the dysfunctional dynasty for seeing the light and not flogging the dead chihuahua for some extra dinero.

“At the end of it I didn’t like having cameras around the house all the time,” Ozzy told reporters at the MTV Europe Awards in Rome. “When you watch a 25-minute episode, I’ve been filming all day.”

The Boss, Sharon — currently a judge and mentor in ITV1 talent show The X-Factor with Simon Cowell — agreed. “Now everybody’s doing reality shows. He’s done it, he’s been there, he’s got to do something else.”
