From Blogcritic Dirk Deppey comes this follow-up to the Edgar and Johnny Winter lawsuit against DC Comics’ Jonah Hex lawsuit. The portrayal was ruled protected parody, but Hex-men Joe Lansdale and Tim Truman aren’t out of the woods yet, since, apparently, the Supremes did not rule on the fact that the Winters’ bros. names were apparently used in advertisements for the original comics series.
