Man Found and Arrested By Computer Game

Taiwan police found Chang Hsi-ming – who was wanted for illegal possession of firearms, kidnapping, and murder – by a computer game.

Police found that Chang loved online gaming, and staked out the servers of various games. They pinpointed one game (not mentioned) and soon found his online nickname. Using this, police tracked his IP address where they used it to locate his home.

Chang did not go easily, and a shootout ended with bullets to Chang’s chest and shoulder. He is expected to recover.

“Even then, Chang, who is dubbed the Evil Dragon by the local press, decided to go out in the style of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.”

I guess luckily for the police, Chang wasn’t as gifted with a gun in reality than he was in virtual reality.
