Inglourious Basterds

Inglourious Basterds is the highly anticipated new movie from director Quentin Tarantino starring Brad Pitt. In addition to Pitt, Inglourious Basterds sports an all-star cast including Diane Kruger, Mike Myers, Eli Roth, Samuel L. Jackson and others.

Set during World War II, Inglourious Basterds follows a group of Jewish-American soldiers called the "Basterds" who blaze a path of terror throughout the Third Reich by brutally scalping and killing Nazis. Since Tarantino's previous films Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, and the Kill Bill movies are noteworthy for both their graphic depictions of violence and the copious amounts of blood spilled, the director's many fans are anxiously awaiting this film.

In the blogosphere, the Inglourious Basterds movie trailer is already a hot topic of discussion. Other bloggers have posted teasers and offered sneak peaks of the film.  Fans of both Tarantino and Brad Pitt have also blogged at length about the movie.

Recently a blog claiming to be that of Quentin Tarantino himself showed up on Blogspot, but it's authenticity has since been called into question.
