Blogcritics and the Middleman - fighting evil so you don't have to and giving things away so you don't have to buy them.

Blogcritics Magazine Becomes the Middleman in a The Middleman Giveaway

As you may have surmised, I get a lot of information passed on to me by publicists.  I, in turn, pass a lot of information on to you.  I'm like a clearinghouse for information about television.  I get told tons about upcoming shows and I pass some of that information on to you.  I am, kind of, sort of, almost, depending on how you look at it, a middleman.

That is not to say that I am The MiddlemanThe Middleman is a completely different person (or thing).  The Middleman is a graphic novel, a character in said graphic novel, and, now, a TV series.

The TV version of The Middleman is going to start airing Monday, at 8pm on ABC Family.  It's based on the graphic novel The Middleman by Javier Grillo-Marxuach and stars Matt Keeslar as the titular middleman.

He's a completely different kind of middleman than this middleman (he fights evil so you don't have to), and yet, I feel a certain kind of kinship to him as we are both middlemen.  There's a bond there I'm sure of it.  And, if there's not a bond, there should be.  (You know I'm right, it's okay to admit it.)

Anyway, due to this kinship, due to this similarity in title if not in job, here's what I'm prepared to do.  I'm prepared to remind you that The Middleman is going to start airing Monday June 16, at 8pm on ABC Family.  I'm also prepared to remind you that it's based on The Middleman by Javier Grillo-Marxuach.  But, I'm also willing to go one step further.  These sorts of details can be hard to remember, so I'm willing to help you out.  I'm willing to allow you to enter a contest in which you can win a Javier Grillo-Marxuach signed copy of The Middleman: Volume 1 (we only have one (1) copy for giveaway).  What more could you possibly ask for (and actually expect to receive)?
