technorati api

Technorati is an online index that gathers together blog entries and news articles on common topics using the folksonomy created by the authors. The Technorati Application Programming Interface (API), allows programmers to use a variety of computer programming languages (C#, ColdFusion, Java, Perl, PHP, Python, REBOL, and Visual Basic) to develop applications that pull from the data provided by Technorati. Many of the popular tools developed by these programmers can be found on the widgets pages.
