JASON MRAZ‘s new album came out this week. Along with the YES disc comes a world tour, the North American leg of which gets kicking Aug. 21 in San Diego.
Grammy-winning female-fronted hard rock band HALESTORM is on tour in the U.S. during the second half of this year, headlining on some shows and on others supporting Eric Church.
MAROON 5‘s fifth studio album is out Sept. 2, featuring their latest single “Maps” and the return of the band’s original keyboardist Jesse Carmichael.
The cover art and track list have just been revealed. The album includes Adam Levine’s duet with fellow The Voice coach Gwen Stefani, “My Heart Is Open,” which was written by Sia.
LUCINDA WILLIAMS will release her first-ever double studio album Sept. 30. The three-time Grammy winner’s Down Where The Spirit Meets The Bone comes out on her own new indie label, with 20 new songs and guests including guitarists Bill Frisell and Tony Joe White, Faces keyboardist Ian McLagan, Elvis Costello’s famed rhythm section of Pete Thomas (drums) and Davey Faragaher (bass), and Jakob Dylan.

Masterworks Broadway is reissuing two classic albums from ROSLYN KIND, otherwise known as the younger half-sister of Barbra Streisand, recorded in 1968-69 and now available on CD for the first time. Give Me You and This Is Roslyn Kind feature a bit of Broadway but mainly reflect the singer’s own taste and the popular music trends of the time, complete with Kind’s take on “The Fool On the Hill.”
Oscar and two-time Grammy winner MELISSA ETHERIDGE‘s latest studio album This is ME (get it? M-E? Melissa Etheridge? Me?) is set for release on September 30.
