The best place to find a blog list on any subject under the sun is of course here on Technorati. But you'll also find that most blogs have what's known as a "blog roll," a listing (often down the side or along the bottom of the screen) of blogs that the author likes to read or wants to support.
Another great place to find blogs on subjects that interest you are blog carnivals, which are regularly published collections of top posts on particular subjects, from the environment to feminism. You can find a pretty comprehensive listing of these in one listing.
