gogle

Gogle is most likely a misspelling of the term “Google,” the massive and popular internet search engine.

The word may also result from misspelling other terms. For example, it could represent a misspelling of goggle or goggles or the last name of 19th century Russian writer Nikolai Gogol or even the band Gogol Bordello.

Although gogle does not appear in standard English dictionaries, it has acquired a meaning in slang or so-called urban dictionaries. In that context, it describes a group of people, usually unfamiliar with each other, who are awkwardly waiting for something to happen.
