This NYC duo's distinctive sound encompasses folk, Americana, world music, New Orleans jazz, Gullah Geechee rhythms and scat singing, and what I call good old hoedown music.

Based on the 'Your Prettiness' appetizer, 'Blue Flame' promises to be a yummy presentation of roots-blues music that will boil your blood and leave you panting for more. Peter Karp knows how to bring heat to the blues.

Ramminger accomplishes to compose earthy arrangements with lyrics that intimate a candid off-the-cuff banter.
