Sirius Radio Highlights and Previews the Grammys

Sirius radio is giving the Grammy awards the star treatment by featuring several shows next week which will preview and highlight the excitement and drama of the music industry’s biggest night. There will also be recap and wrap-up shows broadcast immediately following the broadcast of The 48th Annual Grammy Awards as well as the following day.

Sirius Hits 1 (channel 1), and The Pulse (channel 9), which features the best music of the ’90s and now, is the home base for these Grammy programs on the Sirius network.


  • Grammy Nominee Show — Sirius Hits 1 (Channel 1)
    9 AM, 2 PM, 7 PM Feb. 4 — 9 AM, 2 PM, 7 PM; Feb. 5 — 12 PM and 5 PM
    Also available on The Pulse (Channel 9): Feb. 6 –11 AM, 4 PM, 9 PM on; Feb. 7 — 2 PM, 7 PM, and 11 PM
    Two hours of music from this year’s nominees, with compelling artist and other information, hosted by Human Numan on Sirius Hits 1 and Kim Ashley on The Pulse.
  • Grammy Prediction Show/Forum — Sirius Hits 1 (Channel 1)
    Weds. Feb. 8 — 7 AM

    Sirius on-air hosts and subscribers’ predictions as to which nominated artists will win in their categories.
  • Live Grammy Preview Show — Sirius Hits 1 (Channel 1)
    Weds. Feb. 8 — 7 PM
    Live reports from Los Angeles and pre-show tailgating banter in a party environment, with Sirius Hits 1 hosts Rich Davis and Human Numan in Los Angeles, and Bobby Banana- Hammock in New York.
  • Live Grammy Updates — Sirius Hits 1 (Channel 1)
    Weds. Feb. 8 — 8 PM

    Weds. Feb. 8 — 11 PM
    Hosts Rich Davis and Human Numan in Los Angeles, and Bobby Banana-Hammock in New York, present a Grammy wrap-up show that will recap the winners and bring subscribers a special “Grammy Winners Concert.”
