Glen Phillips is set to promote a new album while touring with Toad the Wet Sprocket this summer.

Phillips to Tour New Album, Reunite With Toad this Summer

Glen Phillips will be hitting the road to promote his upcoming solo album Mr. Lemons while at the same time reaching into the past to reunite with his former band Toad the Wet Sprocket, according to Billboard.com.

Phillips will begin the tour in May doing solo acoustic sets. In June, he will be joined on the road by his former bandmates.

The majority of the June dates will feature a solo acoustic set by Phillips along with a set by Toad the Wet Sprocket. Four August dates will include Phillips, Toad, as well as Big Head Todd & The Monsters.

Phillips briefly reunited with Toad in 2002-3. He followed up that tour with another solo album, Winter Pays for Summer. Mr. Lemons is due in stores May 2.
