Time to fire up your personal computers and enjoy some great game titles (all release dates subject to change).

Get on your nanosuit for the first person shooter Crysis (Nov. 13) featuring open-ended battles full of options. Another first person shooter, TimeShift (Oct. 30) features a storyline where players can reverse, slow and stop time. The special edition three-disc set contains behind-the-scenes footage and other extras. You Are Empty (Oct. 16) provides first person shooter action set in the Soviet Union during the 1950s.

Hellgate: London (Oct. 30) has an amazing beginning as players choose from immense options to make a hero character battling endless creatures. Collector’s edition also available. The futuristic adventure Richard Garriott’s Tabula Rasa (Oct. 16) pits battles for survival against evil Bane race and also includes a collector’s edition.

Empire Earth III utilizes plenty of regions and soldiers/warriors in November while the expansion pack Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties releases on October 23. If you don’t have the previous Age of Empires III games, catch up with Age of Empires III: Gold Edition (Oct. 23), which includes the base game and The War Chiefs expansion pack. The Command & Conquer Saga compilation title, releasing in October, offers a large set of 13 C & C titles including all games in Command & Conquer: The First Decade and Tiberium Wars.

The expansion pack Zoo Tycoon 2: Extinct Animals (Oct. 30) includes the Dodo bird, Tyrannosaurus Rex and American Mastodon. The long running Flight Simulator series continues with Flight Simulator X: Acceleration on October 23. The video game adaptation of The Office television series will be the first in a planned series of three installments.

Orange Box opens up on October 9 – this repackaged Half-Life 2 collection features an immense action packed experience with strong storylines. Fans can also get Half-Life 2: Episode Two, the second of a series of stand-alone episodes based on HL2. The Xbox 360 title Gears of War hits the PC on November 1. Unreal Tournament III (Nov. 12) features a new Warfare mode plus more weapons/vehicles.

Expansion packs hit the military realm with Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts on November 6 and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on November 5. Company of Heroes: Game of the Year Edition also available. Fury (Oct. 9) offers multiplayer online combat while Clive Barker’s Jericho supernatural horror filled action among the mysterious reappearance of a lost city.

The PC exclusive EA Sports GameShow offers lots of trivia fun. NBA Live 08 features expanded ball handling capabilities plus an expanded roster of international stars. FIFA Soccer 08 (Oct. 9) has a new Be A Pro: Offline Training feature plus 576 licensed teams, 30 leagues, and more than 15,000 players. Racing fans can experience Need for Speed Prostreet on November 14 with grip, drag, drift and the all-new speed challenge.

SimCity Societies (Nov. 13) gives players expanded civic creations with over 350 building types. The style simulator Fashion Designer lets players show their style on October 23. Famous detectives Nancy Drew and Poirot are features in the games Legend of the Crystal Skull (Oct. 8) and Agatha Christie: Evil Under the Sun, (Oct. 15) respectively.

Role playing fans get double EverQuest expansions on November 13 with EverQuest II: Rise of Kunark (the fourth expansion pack) and EverQuest: Secrets of Faydwer (the fourteenth expansion). In the RPG title, Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer (October 9), players go back to the Forgotten Realms shortly after the events from the previous title.
