If you ever wanted to own your own island, now is the time. For a relative bargain at £150,000 or around $275,000, you can own Stack Rock Fort, which is situated off the coast of Milford Haven. It has it’s own cannons!
We’ve all had fantasies and playfights on our islands, and now you live it. I’m not sure you can actually live there immediately after purchase because there is the problem with sewage, no running water, and no power. It’ll probably be a long renovation in order to make the fort livable, but did I mention there are cannons!
It’s completely surrounded by water (an island, duh) so you’d need your boat or helicopter to get to and from the fort, but if you’re rich enough to buy it you probably own your own boat or helicopter anyway. “There are no services from what we can see – there is damp inside and no accommodation, but there are a couple of guns inside.” GUNS!
Whoever buys it would have the ultimate paintball arena. Imagine the fun. Imagine! I’m salivating at the possibility.
