louvre

The Louvre museum in Paris holds one of the world's finest collections of art and antiquities, housed in what was before the Revolution a royal palace.

Bloggers are frequently describing their visit, and particularly their view of its most famous painting, Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa".

They can also be reviewing guidebooks, and sharing photos. They are also often reviewing individual exhibitions at the museum.

Dan Brown's novel, The Da Vinci Code, in which the Louvre plays a central part, is also a popular topic for bloggers.
