John Stamos to Appear on ER

John Stamos is slated guest star on two episodes of ER, playing a character who is a veteran of the first Gulf war who is also working his way through med school as a paramedic. The two-episode arc will air November 10 and 17.

I’m a big fan of the show and (executive producer) John Wells, and we have been trying to work together for a long time . . . I appreciate that everyone was able to work it out so I could do this great guest spot on ER in time to start the second season of Jake in Progress.(Stamos/Edmonton Sun)

Jake in Progress will return to ABC for its second season in January, sliding into the Monday Night Football time slot. Stamos’ previous television credits include General Hospital, Full House and Thieves as well as several made for TV movies. He’s also appeared on Broadway in How To Succeed in Business, Cabaret and Nine.
