DC Sniper Profiler Already Has Movie Deal

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to wait for the killer to actually be caught? I guess details like that don’t matter:

A Canadian profiler helping investigators track down the Washington, D.C.-area sniper will have his story turned into a TV movie.

“Tracking the Hunters” will detail Kim Rossmo’s rise from Vancouver beat cop to criminologist with a new system of tracking serial predators.

Toronto-based Portfolio Entertainment, which is developing the project with Canadian public broadcaster CTV Network, will start pitching the TV movie to U.S. outlets imminently.
