Skin Deep is a 2008 album from legendary bluesman and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Buddy Guy, the follow-up to his 2005 album Bring 'Em In. The album features guest appearances from Eric Clapton, Robert Randolph, Susan Tedeschi, and Derek Trucks. The album features 12 songs and was produced by Tom Hambridge, who also plays on the album and co-wrote a number of the tracks. In addition to playing guitar and singing, Guy wrote or co-wrote seven of the album's 12 tracks. Skin Deep has been listed on AMG's Best Blues Albums of 2008 as well as Gibson Guitars' Best Blues Albums of 2008.
