TONY FIGUEROA is a standup comedian, writer, actor and storyteller based in Los Angeles. A "day job" teaching comedy traffic school led to Tony cohosting and coproducing several radio shows. Tony’s CHILD OF TELEVISION Blog is an example of life imitating art. Tony wrote a sit-com Pilot titled RED STATE where the main character writes a syndicated column also called CHILD OF TELEVISION. In his spare time Tony can be found story telling at the STORY SALON in North Hollywood, surfing the Net and of course watching TV.

I’m sorry but I could really care less about the Winter Olympics this year.
Maybe I'm just getting old (I turned 41 on Monday), but I have a bone to pick with some of the Entertainment News shows.
This is what I'd like to see happen in the remaining episodes.
There was a time in television history when the drunk character’s sole job was to provide comic relief.
The best part of the show is the character of Jesus, who is a constant companion to Daniel in times of trouble or temptation.

As a child I always looked forward to all the holiday specials. These shows were all mandatory family viewing in our house.
