BritishTelecom Technology Blocks Online Pornography
British Telecom says it has blocked 250,000 attempts to access hardcore child pornography sites — some 10,000 a day — since it went online with new blocking technology...."We use the technology to protect our customers from accessing illegal content," Carter told NewsFactor. "They would be committing a crime if they downloaded the images from the Internet."
