Luisa Puppo is the author of Gourmet Liguria (http://gourmetliguria.blogspot.com), a blog dedicated to the enogastronomy, culture and traditions of the Italian Riviera. Gourmet Liguria is the international spin off of Ligucibario® (www.ligucibario.com), the most extensive on line atlas of Ligurian enogastronomy powered by ethnogastronomer Umberto Curti. Luisa Puppo is Ligucibario’s communication manager. She specializes in cross cultural food and wine communication. A gourmet English expert and lecturer, she is EAC’s Regional Representative for Liguria. In 2000 she co-founded Welcome Management (www.welcomemanagement.it), a consultancy firm specialized in marketing and training for the tourism, enogastronomy and retail sectors. She works as project designer and supervisor (European Social Fund, Lifelong Learning Programme, SME development plans for internationalization…) on account of VET centres, SME organizations, Chambers of Commerce and other local authorities. Luisa Puppo is a member of AIE, the Italian Ethnogastronomy Association, and of AIF, the Italian Association of Trainers.
