Kris Miner, Executive Director St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program and Adjunct Professor at University of Wisconsin River Falls, teaching intro and advanced Restorative Justice Dialogue. Kris recieved her Masters in Counseling from South Dakota State University. Her career background includes in-home family therapist, social worker, child protection and juvenile justice supervisor. Kris provides keynotes, trainings and workshops. She specialize in restorative justice, school-based restorative justice and Circle process.
The St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program (SCVRJP) has recieved local, state and national awards. Specializing in Circle process, SCVRJP uses Circles to address Underage Consumption and Safe Teen Driving. Community Conferencing and volunteer orientations are also held with Circle process. SCVRJP offers local training and accepts contracts to train other agencies and organizations. Kris Miner was a board member in 2001 when SCVRJP was founded.
