During Jay’s over 35 years of Business Law and Employment Law experience, he has represented Fortune 500 companies, national franchisees as well as entrepreneurial startup companies including Entenmann’s, Inc., Kraft/General Foods, Boboli, Oroweat, Freihofer's Bakery, McDonald’s Franchisees, Burger Chef Systems, Theme Restaurants of America, Meriwether's Restaurants and Mexican Foods of America Restaurants.
Jay has served as an Executive Trustee of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce where he also served as Co-Chair of the Chamber's Government / Legislative Affairs Committee and is a member of the Small Business Council. He previously served as the Chair of the Palm Beach County Business Incubator, Inc.
