I’m 34 years old and live in Las Vegas with my husband, Noel, and our two beagles, Rufus and Rusty.
I studied business at University, went into a sensible, well-paid job and slogged away at it for ten long years. Then I had the chance to get out with some financial security and I took it. I don’t work full time right now, I run a wedding planning business from home.
I am addicted to book groups. The best ones are the ones where we get to eat and drink while we talk. I’ll read most things, fiction and non-fiction. I like films too. I haven’t watched TV in the old-fashioned way since about 2004, I do watch whole series at a time on DVD though.
I am from Cheadle, Staffordshire, England. I lived in Birmingham, England for ten years, Dusseldorf, Germany for two years, New York City, USA for a year, and have been living in Las Vegas since January 2012. I like Las Vegas a lot.
I run a couple of small internet-based businesses, planning weddings in Central Park, New York and Las Vegas. I also volunteer for the local beagle rescue. I like to be outdoors, and I enjoy keeping fit. I like a drink, and I eat very well. I love to travel, and after visiting lots of interesting countries I am now very much enjoying getting to know the USA and the people who live here. I miss England, though, mostly it’s food and it’s people.
