Alexandra Jones is author of The Ax Files, the clever yet profound column of ruminations about life, love and herring sandwiches, home to the beloved Short Attention Span Poetry Corner. Ms. Jones spends a lot of time ensconced on the couch with her laptop and cats, occasionally coming up for air and a cocktail. Readers find her work humorous and thought-provoking, except for those that don't. She has appeared in Arts & Living California and on thebeatmuseum.org. She has a B.A. in English from Temple University and calls San Francisco home, at least until the money runs out. Goofs the whole world over await her goofy book, Goof City.
