April showers bring May flowers, but they don't bring a lot of games for Wii owners this week. There's a little bit of karate and a little bit of zombie love (not literally), but it's a quiet week other than that. DSi owners, on the other hand, get to have a ball … literally, because two of the games this week involve balls. Oh, and one involves moving crates.

This week's games are as follows:

On DSiWare this week, we have BLOONS (Hands-On Mobile, 1 player, 500 DSi Points), Sokomania (CINEMAX, 1 player, 200 DSi Points), Bounce & Break (Enjoy Gaming Ltd., 1 player, 500 DSi Points), 1001 Crystal Mazes Collection (Teyon, 1 player, 500 DSi Points), and Crazy Golf (dtp entertainment AG, 1-4 players, 500 DSi Points). BLOONS is a puzzle game where players pop balloons. Sokomania's challenge involves having players move crates around a game board to complete puzzles in the fewest moves possible. Bounce & Break is an Arkanoid clone featuring a seasonal theme. 1001 Crystal Mazes Collection is how it sounds: players have to move a crystal around a maze, or 1001 mazes to be exact. Crazy Golf is a handheld golf game with an arcade style twist, including crazy courses and wacky obstacles.

This week, WiiWare has two games: Zombie Panic in Wonderland (Akaoni Studio, 1-2 players, 1,000 Wii Points) and Kung Fu Funk: Everybody is Kung Fu Fighting! (Stickmen Studios, 1-4 players, 500 Wii Points). Zombie Panic in Wonderland has players trying to uncover the source of a recent zombie infestation in Wonderland, while Kung Fu Funk: Everybody is Kung Fu Fighting! is a kung-fu party game filled with three different modes and a handful of mini-games.

The Virtual Console has a nothing on it this week. Bummer.

Zombie Panic in Wonderland and Kung Fu Funk: Everybody is Kung Fu Fighting! are available for download off the Wii Shop Channel, while BLOONS, Sokomania, Bounce & Break, 1001 Crystal Mazes Collection, and Crazy Golf are available for download off the DSi Shop Channel.

Check back next week for the latest round of digital releases for the Wii and DSi. Until then, happy gaming!
