Neal Caffrey has always appreciated the finer things in life. Caffrey, however, is not content to plod onward until he reaches the next goal. He uses both charm and manners as a means of getting the proverbial something for nothing. Fate catches up with him and he is sent to prison on fraud charges.
Neal wouldn't be Neal if he simply sat back and waited out the term. Oh no, he must run and start his life of crime over again. FBI Agent Peter Burke draws the unlucky straw of having to bring Caffrey back to the one place he would never call home. It's not the easiest assignment Burke has ever had, but somebody has to do it. And therein lies the tale...
