What The CW's Girlfriends Needs Next Year - Page 2

Her time is over. Get rid of her.

6. Bring Back Randy J. Goodwin's Davis Hamilton

I actually liked the character and thought he was the best of the bunch that Joan ever had as a boyfriend. Her chemistry with Richard T. Jones's Aaron feels more akward and rushed. If you wish to instill some conflict over their upcoming marriage, bringing back an old flame would be a nice plotline (Sorry, Mailk Yoba).

7. Try Toni Trucks Out For A Girlfriend

For those of you who watched the final season of All Of Us (not that many did), you probably noticed that Neese (LisaRaye McCoy) got a neighbor next door to the new apartment she purchased after moving out again from Robert's (Duane Martin). Well, she was previously on the series Barbershop (an adaptation of the Ice Cube movies) and I felt she did a nice job. I think trying her out for the show would be a better idea than Christina Cox, who spent a few eps as a fitness trainer on the show and was terrible.

8. Change The Entire Cast

Many people who had been fans of the show left as they found themsleves unable to deal with the fact that the show could survive with just Persia White, Golden Brooks, and Tracee Ross. Since most of their characters' problems had been settled, the best move that should have been put into place would have been to remove all the girls and somehow transition the new ones from the old. It could mean cancellation — but it could also mean a bigger ratings boost if they find the right girls and get the right chemistry going.

These are just suggestions. Plans may be well underway to do something big, but I don't suspect it will be that much of a "big". But if anything needs to happen, it should be either the removal or upgrade of Lynn's character.

But we shall see this fall.

It will be interesting to see comments from Girlfriends fans who probably heard the renewal news by now.

Never before have I read such a spot-on review of Girlfriends. If they correctly incorporated all of your suggestions, the show could easily last another 2 or 3 seasons.

This post is horrible. ALL of your suggestions make no sense at all. You are NOT a true GF fan.
