With the holidays right around the corner, our TV viewing habits will be skewed a little with hours upon hours of classic and new shows and movies — some better than others, and some that resemble your family more than others according to the results of a survey done by Comcast.
The company recently announced the findings of its Home for the Holidays Survey, which polled consumers on their holiday entertainment preferences, including which holiday movie family most resembles theirs, favorite movie moment and line, and favorite holiday activity. In conjunction with the survey, Comcast also revealed its “Holiday Films and More Collection” On Demand, which features nearly 80 top holiday films as well as other holiday-themed entertainment options.
The survey culled the preferences of more than 2,500 consumers, who said that the holiday movie family that they feel are most like during the holidays are:
1. Ralphie and the Parkers, A Christmas Story (38%)
2. Clark and the Griswolds, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation (24%)
3. Kevin and the McCallisters, Home Alone (11%)
4. Charlie Brown and the Peanuts, A Charlie Brown Christmas (11%)
5. Tiny Tim and the Cratchits, A Christmas Carol (7%)
6. Cindy Lou Who and the Whos, How the Grinch Stole Christmas (5%)
7. Buddy and the Hobbses, Elf (3%)
Check out the rest of the survey results.

HA Ha my family is like the Griswolds at least my father is because he always blows up the christmas lights. My mother is always afraid he is going to burn the house down but he takes out these old lights and says no it will work this year!
