Last Week
As the new survivors came to the island, they were shocked to find out they were playing against their Survivor favorites. The favorites were able to build a strong camp but were not able to win the immunity challenge. In a surprise move, Johnny Fairplay, Survivor’s most evil villain, wanted himself removed from the game. Whether it was a trick or real request, Johnny was the first person voted out of Survivor Micronesia.
This Week
Now, I know I’m starting an episode late. Don’t worry. We’ll get everything together; just bear with me. The favorites, or the Malakal tribe, returned to their camp after the elimination. Despite losing Johnny Fairplay (and would that really be a loss later on in the game?) the tribe had a good camp and high hopes that they would win the next challenge. It’s kind of hard not to when Ozzy pulls fish out of the water in the middle of night. Now my favorites players in this tribe are, Yau-man, Ozzy, and Jonathan. I like Yau-man because he’s so nice and funny. Ozzy is a favorite because he’s amazing in challenges and he can climb trees. Jonathan is great because, despite what happened last time, he’s a great schemer. It was so cool to see my favorites in this element again, using what they know best.
In the morning, the tribe carried on with their normal duties. Parvati used her charms to flirt with James while he got the tribe some coconuts. Also, Amanda was seducing Ozzy while he cut the meat out of the clam. Now personally, I don’t like Amanda or Parvati, especially Parvati. I don’t like when women use their beauty and cleavage and call it a strategy. It’s not! It’s them flirting like a bunch of hormone crazy teenagers (Being a teenager, I would know).
I do however have some cool names for both couples. James and Parvati? JArvati. Ozzy and Amanda? OZmanda. Or we could do shippings like they do in the anime world, but I could only come up with a shipping for Ozzy and Amanda - fish-shipping.
It seems pretty obvious that the tribes are spilt. Amanda, Ozzy, Parvati, and James forming one alliance, with Jonathan, Eliza, Yau-man, and Ami on the other. Both of them wanted to recruit Johnny Fairplay to their side for some odd reason, but now that he’s out, one of the alliances would have to bring Cirie over to their side to have the power.

Nice recap. Huge Survivor fan, and I love the whole fans vs. favorites idea. I'll be rooting for the favorites, of course! It's pretty cool that you were able to share your own thoughts without taking attention away from the recap.
Favorite survivor? James! Oh my god, I love him. I hate Amanda, because it was her idea to get James out last season. Grr.

"I don’t like when women use their beauty and cleavage and call it a strategy."
Why not? It only works if a man is dumb enough to allow it. Although I think Amanda really likes Ozzy because she didn't use that tact last time.
You left off a key point about the "brilliant move": Joel and someone else voted for Tracey, but it was Joel's plan to take out Mary. So not only is Mikey going to be mad, but so are the people who voted for Mary because Joel is obviously trying to cause real turmoil.

Hey Maddy,
Thanks, I'll be rooting for the favorites too, Yau-man and Ozzy are both on that tribe. I don't like Amanda much either, but I didn't see them last year, I skipped a year because I had missed the first episode, and I didn't hear good things about it so I decided to skip it and start again next year.
I like both tribes though, The fans have an interesting mix of personalities. I don't think I'm going to like any of them more than I like Yau -man or Ozzy, but they're great players.

El bicho,
Well, whether it was a great move or not, I think it was because they got rid of the person I disliked instead of the person I did like, and because it so well planned that it was perfect for blind sighting, it will be interesting to see the fall out.
I normally don't like the flirty women on survivor, and I'm really don't like that Ozzy is getting dragged in. But who knows? It could be another Rob and Amber, I hope not, but it could be.
I just don't think flirting counts as a strategy. It's just a way to have some fun before you leave the island, at least I hope they leave the island...
Thanks for the comment.
