This is what I like about Prison Break. This show makes good of evil, evil of good, and the villains get even more villainous with each episode. Bellick, Mahone and Kellerman are all officers of the law, yet they have all committed crimes some criminals can’t even get away with. Out of the three, I feel sorry for Bellick, who is just not bright enough to know when to give up on being involved. He’s sitting in a Panamanian prison and he should point to himself when he’s looking for someone to blame.
He’s selfish, he was cruel when he was an officer in Fox River, and he’d probably kill someone like Michael Scofield without thinking about it. Still, I would like him to see the error of his ways and to have him be saved by none other than Michael Scofield himself.
The only person I have no love for is T-bag. What T-bag reveals about his motivation to run to Panama is surprising. I didn’t see that coming. It makes him even more evil than before and it also makes me love to hate him more than ever before. T-bag is the only wild card in Scofield’s grand plan to prove his brother innocent. That’s just one of the facets of the character that make him a great part of Prison Break.
The most sympathetic character, besides Linc, Michael, and Sara is Sucre. While I don’t really care about him being reunited with Maricruz, I do wish him to be happy, and not to suffer much physical or emotional pain. I thought he was good as dead. I don’t know what to think of Sucre’s life when season three comes.
By episode’s end, we are led to believe that Sona has finally been revealed, but I think we are being led down a false path. What if Sona is actually “Son A,” as in one of the sons of Aldo Burrows? I cannot even pretend to know how this series will come to a head, but I’ll be running with Prison Break until the very end.

The finale was fantastic, IMO.

Great review. I agree that Prison Break is engrossing even if it is often at times preposterous. About the only thing that dampens my enjoyment of the show is its over-reliance on the existence of a nearly omnipotent coven of conspirators who maintain their power not by expertise or trickery, but mainly by just killing people. On the other hand, I would pay good money if the next season could find a way to deal with the ramifications of the exposure of the conspiracy to the general public.

I think they blew the show by continuing it to season 3. They should of wrapped it up in season 2. Anyway, i like the show, but the idea of Michael being in prison again is just too much. Now what? We have to see Link rescue him? Hmmm....

Anyone got any dates for the start of Season 3?
As for SONA... well, other websites are speculating that it could stand for "Scientific Observation of Neural Adjustments".
Although, for such observations, surely such adjustments can't be observed whilst the subject is in prison? Special apparatus for monitoring brain activity would be needed... probably.

Sona could mean anything. One signature of Prison Break is that words turn out to mean different things when interpreted a certain way.
What makes me think that SONA means Son A is that the antagonists mention that they want him to escape, and that it's in his nature to find a way to escape.
By the way, an entire recap of all episodes can be found on the Fox Prison Break website, if you want to read the details of the series up to "Sona"
