One Tree Hill opens with the raging fire at the dealership started at the end of last season. Nathan and his mom, Deb, talk about how they will be free soon when Nathan opens the door to Haley wanting to come home. Mrs. Scott tells Haley to join them when they leave in response to an urgent call.
Dan is still alive. He searches Nathan’s room throughout the summer looking for the papers. He says he doesn’t remember what happened at the dealership. I don’t believe him. Deb finally drops the bomb on Dan that she still wants a divorce.
Nathan is cold to Haley. She claims she thought about him every day she was gone, which is hard to believe because she hasn’t talked to him for two months. I don’t think she realized how much she hurt Nathan when she left. Nathan left to go to the High Flyers basketball camp. Before he went he admitted that he still loves her, he just can’t trust her. Haley sends him letters at camp.
Peyton and Lucas are hanging out again. She tells him about the creepy emails and the woman that showed up claiming to be her mother. The creepy woman ends up being Peyton’s biological mother. Seems that Peyton was adopted and was never told about it. This makes her bitter towards anyone who leaves and tries to waltz back expecting everything to be ok, including Haley.
Brooke returns the same day as Lucas’s mother, Karen. Mouth helps her move into Nathan and Haley’s old apartment for their senior year. She tells Haley she can live with her. Brooke and Lucas talk about how they left things at the beginning of summer. Brooke says they can date, but not exclusively.
Peyton has a cute new haircut. I think Lucas is the one who pulled Dan out of the fire, but is not the one who started it. One Tree Hill should have a good third season this year. Tune in to the WB Wednesday nights at 8/7 Central.

It would much nicer if Nathan and Haley would get back together, Dan died, Nicki doesn't have to kidnapped Jenny and get back with Peytonand I don't pretty much care for Lucas and the others.

dan will never die although nathan tried to kill him, haley is going to leave again because she never really loved nathan, lucas is going to hook up with peyton again and ruin any chance with brooke, deb is not going to get divorced, and karen is going to marry keith. i hope i didn't ruin it for anybody.

It seemed everyone wants Nathan & Hailey to get back together (and so do I) and let them live happily ever after so the writters should give the viewers what they want after all if it weren't for us watching they would not have a show

even though haley hurt nathan really bad when she left, she's come back and she's here to stay.

I haven't seen Season 3 yet, but I think Nathan should just go to the camp and forget about Haley, she left him for her dream and it's not fair for nathan to give up his dream again just for her. And I would love to see more Deb in Season 3 because she is a very talented and beautiful woman.

I love one tree hill. It is so addicting to watch. I have mixed feelings about Nathan and Haley. I can't believe she just left him yet I think she still cares about him. I wish Dan would have died. Lucas and Brooke getting together could cause too much drama. Anyway.. One Tree Hill is the best show ever.
