After last season ended with the possibility of not one, not two, but three deaths, fans of One Tree Hill have been on pins and needles wondering what happened. Would Nathan die, leaving Haley a widow at 17? Would Cooper and Rachel die as a result of her obsessive feelings for the older man? Would anyone live or were the writers trying to change up the show in a dramatic way?
The start to season four overlaps a few brief moments with the finale of season three. You relive the traumatic experience of the limo driving over the side of the bridge and Nathan diving in the river to save Rachel and Cooper. Haley is on the bridge, screaming in her wedding dress. Luckily Lucas and Karen aren’t far behind.
Peyton is unaware of these events because she is reliving, in her head, all the problems that have happened the last few years making Brooke no longer want to be friends with her. As if discovering she was adopted, meeting her birth mother months before she dies, and having her heart broken isn’t enough, Peyton apparently needs more drama in her life. I used to really enjoy Peyton until things became too soap opera-ish. She was the cool girl everyone liked but was still an individualist. She loved music and art and had a certain coolness to her. Now it is all “oh woe is Peyton” to the degree I no longer care what new devastating thing comes her way. It also leaves me neutral to the discovery that she has a brother from her biological father.
Someone has discovered Dan’s secret about killing Keith. He came home to find “MURDERER” painted in huge red letters on his wall. Keith’s ghost taunts Dan with idea that someone knows about this skeleton in his closet. The police show up, but much to Dan’s relief it is merely to inform him about Nathan’s accident.
I never know what to think about Dan though. He fluctuates between being the guy you love to hate and the villain you hate so much you cannot wait until he leaves the show. But since he killed his brother Keith, he has been meandering further down the spectrum of hoping something horrible happens to him, something so hideous you wouldn’t wish it on anyone but the worst of the worst and it is only ok to wish it on Dan because you know it isn’t real.
As is typical in dramatic shows, everyone shows up at the hospital to wait out fate for our three friends. Nathan is ok, but obviously doesn’t remember what happened. Rachel is ok and admits to Brooke that she lied to Cooper about being pregnant. But we also learn that Brooke isn’t pregnant, or at least that is what she wants Lucas to think. With the show being only an hour long, they had to answer a lot of questions in a short amount of time. It makes things a little less realistic, but that’s the nature of the beast.

I love one tree hill! James Lafferty is so hot, he is the best. Bethany Joy Galeotti is so awesome and so are Sophia Bush, Hilarie Burton, chad Michael Murray, and Danneel Harris. I love the show one tree hill and i would really like to meet the whole cast one day. I love your show.

ok so im a HUGE fan of oth its been a month since i seen an episode since "fake derek" came back punched peyton...it was supposed to air tonight march 28 but it didnt the pussy cat show aired again so does anyone know when oth is comming back cause i heard march 28 then may 2nd,but for episode 416 it says 2 weeks from tonight not 2 months AHHHHH!!!!!!!!! one tree hill premiered in the uk on E4, 5.00pm sunday 8th of april 2007. today! i only found it through skiping through sky channels, and only watched the last ten mins. it will be on every Sunday 5.00pm on E4. hope this was helpfull

I heard that it was coming to WB channel on May 2 and I thought it was going to be the fourth season but it wasnt it was the fifth. So could anyone tell me where I can buy the fourth season. I personally thought Mark did a horrible job with the break up of Brooke and Lucas.He was there.He only went away for about a week.They made Brooke seem too needy.And Brooke isnt.Shes independant and while she dated Lucas in the second half of the third season she depended less on him...which was how theyre relationship grew stronger.
The fantasy of Leyton was totally destroyed.And the way that Brooke just told Lucas to "Go ahead" was really unrealistic.
The brucas/leyton triangle sucked.They gave no perspective.
as for Naley...they did a wonderful job just like last season.
Over all this season was by far the worst...sorry.I am in love with OTH but it over all sucked =/

i am absolutely in love with oth. its my favorite show, and i could watch it every minute of every day. i love every episode..and season. i love all the cast, but my favorite oth actors are haley(bethany joy) and nathan(james lafferty).
they do a great job. i cant wait till season 4!! when does it show on air and when does it come out on dvd? i heard that it was going to air sometime in october, and come out on dvd in january. but who knows. i am soo obsessed with oth. sometimes i get mad at my self for loving it soo much!!!! i cant wait till season 4!!!!! i hope on day ill get to meet the cast in north carolina!

OTH is one of my favourite shows i've loved it ever since the first time it came out on tv every friday night it was on at 7:30 but then the times got changed to 8:30 instead and then it got axed it just annoys me because it wasnt on long enough for ppl to watch it..
not many ppl new about it nd then now that its off everybody loves it because they have seen it from friends or decided to grab it from the shops or movie store and watch it.
