Wilson’s explanations to House offer some of the most amusing dialogue of the entire episode. Their repartee demonstrates a ‘boys club’ mentality that exists between the two of them, illustrating one of the elements of their friendship. Wilson explains to House that those bright ideas that Samira had at the CIA were actually House’s ideas, and that she must be really pretty for House to have hired her. As House continues to rationalize Samira’s lack of intelligence, Wilson tries to guess just what attracted House to her in the first place. He suggests that she must be a C-cup, then a D-cup as explanation. Apparently, in their view, a woman’s IQ decreases proportionately with increased cup size.
When House mistakenly considers one of Dr. Terzi’s ideas as being correct, only to have the theory shot down by Foreman, Wilson tells House that he is acting stupid because he’s attracted to her. It’s a classic example of “boy meets girl; boy gets stupid; boy and girl live stupidly ever after.” House cannot believe that he is one of those guys. Wilson says it happens to every guy and House argues, “I’m not like every guy.” However, the suggestion seems to have an affect on House because he spends the rest of the episode questioning his assessment of any of the ideas about the case put forth by his female team members.
There is one additional scene between House and Wilson that is hilarious. House breaks into the camera crew’s office in the hospital to show the footage of Dr. Terzi to Wilson. Wilson asks where he got the keys, and House replies, “Blew the janitor.” The double entendre is apparent to the viewers but not to Wilson, who says that the janitor’s name is Lou. Wilson also tells House to “fire her and then ask her out.” More funny dialogue ensues, while House tries to figure out which of his team members Wilson means. I love the comedy when these two get together.
Meanwhile, back at the patient, Kutner’s attempts to talk to Kenny are clumsy and awkward. No matter what he says, he can’t seem to get past Kenny’s deformity, and is doubly embarrassed because the cameras are rolling. Kutner worries how he will be perceived by the film’s viewers and asks that his part be edited so he won’t look like an ass. It seems that Kutner wants to be viewed as the cool doctor.

Nice analysis of this episode.
Just one correction: it's "bull's eye" rash, not "bullet" rash.
The medical facts on Lyme were a bit off in this episode. The bull's eye rash is a sign of recent tick bite, it is not a symptom that remains in later stages of the disease. Even if someone goes untreated and develops full-blown Lyme, the rash still disappears on its own.
Cardiac symptoms can present earlier, but generally they are a later-stage symptom, meaning months to years after infection. If the bull's eye rash were still present, the boy's cardiac symptoms would be very, very unlikely to be caused by Lyme in the real world. If the boy had undiagnosed Lyme long enough to have such serious cardiac involvement, there is almost no chance he would still have the rash.

Thanks for the correction. Lyme disease is a concern where I live and I've known people who have had it in various stages. It is more than an inconvenience. Some people don't take it seriously enough.
