Emma (Jayma Mays) might just be the best bet. She is fair, but firm. She isn't always great at managing people, but like Sue, she has shown a lot of maturation. Plus, giving her the position would open up a story for Sue to accuse her of favoritism, and give Emma some good episodes battling wits with Sue, something we haven't seen. So my vote is for Emma!
Glee's "Goodbye" may not rank among the best episodes of the series, but it is pretty good. Even if the music and plot is, at times, weak, the emotional heartstrings are played by a virtuoso. I look forward very much to season four next fall, and the changes it will bring!

You do know Kevin is 50x better than Darren in singing right?

listen to jenna ushkowitz sing because you loved me from Props (3x20) again and then get back to me about the kind of talent she has. She knocked that song out of the park and hit notes that only amber and lea can hit out of the female cast. what an insult to that amazing girl's talent to say she's not on their level when that song PROVED that she was. Just because they haven't given her much, doesn't mean she's not capable

I just don't find the characters of Tina or Artie all that interesting. Artie has done a couple of songs I like, but I find it really hard to get past the rest of their performances. I sincerely hope to be proven wrong someday. Just not my cup of tea at this time.

I love Jenna and Darren, and Alex was great but don't make him a series regular. It'd be Kurt's storyline all over again. Maybe bring Lindsey in, either as a regular or a rival for ND.

The singing is not the problem in the choir room it is the acting none of them can carry comedy and drama who are left. And Jenna has a nice voice but she is no Lea Michele. I think technically Darren is the worse of the male singers left but the better performer.

Lea Michele sounds like an angel... I hope they give her enough solos when she is in NYC.
