Lindsay (Anna Belknap) has yet to deliver her baby. The phrase "suspension of disbelief" comes to mind as I think about it. For someone who was only supposed to be a few weeks pregnant upon telling Danny (Carmine Giovinazzo), Belknap grew to the size of a house in only a few more weeks! Time may be a relative thing in television, but still.
Hawkes (Hill Harper) had to tell Mac a certain machine was broken, which meant a delay in finishing a case. It's been a bit since the good doctor was the focus of an episode, but the season is not yet finished.
No date has been set for the rest of the season, but I'm thinking probably about mid-January. Adam (AJ Buckley) should return, if only for a little while longer. Sam (Kathleen Munroe), the sister of Det. Don Flack (Eddie Cahill) is rumored to be returning as well.

Nancy. They did mention a time-line somewhat. Mac made mention of the McBride case(ep7) being 2 months previously and Stella mentioned the Rat Fisherman/Greek coin storyline being 3 months previous. Its possible ep 7 and ep 9 were only days apart, and that they had jumped ahead in time in episode 11. Also Lindsay never said how far along she was when she found out she was pregnant, she just told Danny how long she had known for sure--which was a few weeks. So its not really that much of a stretch that she could be 3 maybe 4 months pregnant.

Exactly my point. Time is fluid on television.
