I had a few thoughts while watching Wednesday's results show: Chris' brother is hideous — I guess all the good-looking genes swam to Chris' side of the pool. Kellie, zombies don't say "boo." Sorry, wrong bump in the night. But also, I was extremely shocked with the bottom three.
Two people most definitely deserved to be there: Bucky and Ace. Ace, because he was absolutely horrid Tuesday; and because he completely chose the wrong song for his voice, and in general. Bucky, because overall he just does not measure up to the rest of the contestants vocally and as a performer. Half the time when I'm watching him perform I feel like I'm watching my Brokeback Mountain DVD. Mumbling through your words didn't work for Heath Ledger either, hon.
But Elliott, that was utterly ridiculous. Elliott's "Somebody To Love" was arguably the best and most spirited vocal performance of the night, and considering some of the other marginal performances on Queen night, like Katharine's shout-fest "Who Wants To Live Forever," or Kellie's Night of the Living Dead just-okay "Bohemian Rhapsody," I don't understand how he could have possibly gotten the third lowest number of votes.
Bottom line: Elliott should not have been in the bottom three, and it better not happen again, or I will personally knock on every American door and bitch-slap all of you and your children.
Despite the fact that it was an hour long show, and there wasn't a celebrity guest to perform this week, it was a really exciting results show. We got to learn more about the contestants and their families, and it was nice to see the bottom three perform again — as awkward as it was when Elliott stood there not knowing what he was supposed to sing.

"I will personally knock on every American door and bitch-slap all of you and your children."
LOL...I'd say some people do need it. I recently became a fan of Yamin's and I agree that he should of not been in the bottom 3 it was cruel not to inform the potential bottom 3 that they were going to be singing before knowing who would be leaving. I mean, I just rewatched it and I heard him ask Ryan, "What exactly am I singing?" and Ryan replied, "Follow the band...follow the band." Elliott looked completely lost. That was very mean. But it seems that, definitely this season, they (as in Ryan, Paula, Simon and Randy) are thriving on the "mean". It's almost like their paychecks depend on it.
And yeah, it was time for Bucky to go-but Ace deserves to follow behind next week.

hahaha. i read this article and many like it to find out who got kicked off on wednesday because i was at a passover seder when it was on. This was by far the funniest one. i totally agree about Eliott. either all americans are deaf, mental, or miss dialed. lol. i think he had the best vocal of the night, closely follwed by paris. i was soooo happy when i found out bucky had left. he hasn't deserved to be in the competition from the moment he got in. it was him vs. gidieon (cant spell) and he definately should not have been picked over gideon. anyway. nice article. yaaa...

Bucky did not deserve to go. It should have been ace. I agree all katherine did was scream that song. I thought it was hideous.

Mandisa is the shouter, and she's gone.
What has been long overdue is the exit of PARIS. She has been due to leave for several weeks now. Hopefully this week the ugly, annoying b*tch whose GRANDMA RANDY JACKSON IS IN AWE OF (Remember Paris' audition people!!!) will finally go home.

Elliott...in the bottom three??!! What Were everyone in American thinking? Or hearing? He is definitely the one singer to beat in this competition...his vocals are so awesome, inspiring and true. Plus, he is such an neat guy with a good heart. Come on America, wake up, clean out your ears and try not to mess it up again.

How can Elliott be in the bottom 3 when his lines were busy for 2 hours everywhere on Tuesday night? I don't trust the results to be accurate, do you..really?
I just hope E can stay there long enough and to get the respect he has coming to him and to create enough of a following to get a recording contract.
He's the best singer they have, probably one of the best they've ever had.

I guess everyone is entitled to there own opinions. I have not liked Elliot throughout the competetion. He looks like an amish leprechan and it is hard to get around that fact. But I felt he and Paris were the best this last go around. Ace, with his dreamy look would get more votes if he just stood there and with his mouth closed. Ace's rendition of the Queen song was horrible. Katherine was next to worst. She was inexplicably horrendously nauseating. I thought Taylor was the third to worst. His rendition of Queen's "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" was below mediocre and I have heard far better versions in many karaoke bars. I understand that alot of you guys do not like Bucky and I will be the first to admit that he lacks in confidence. But he was one of the best that night. He has a wonderful voice. He does need to work on the articulation a bit. He did not deserve to go. If Ace did not have his looks and his charisma, he would have been gone awhile ago.
Mandisa was a great vocalist. SHe had one terrible night and a bad song choice week before that. But come on people!!!!! She was far better than some of the others.
Kevin??????????? Let's face the real chicken Little sang better. He should never have been on the show.

ROTF! LMBO!!! Loved this article! After Queen week... I sure needed something to make me laugh LOL So funny because I thought the same thing... OMG... I GOTTA SUFFER THROUGH ACE SINGING WE WILL ROCK YOU AGAIN........ What did I do to deserve that? While he was singing I was singing too... I WILL THROW ROCKS AT YOU! I WILL THROW ROCKS AT YOU! I WILL THROW ROCKS AT YOU!!! He should have been gone LAST week. Although I'm not a big Bucky fan, he sounded better than Ace NO DOUBT!
As for Elliot... I THINK HE IS THE BOMB! That boy has some pipes on him that just won't quit! Not only is he an outstanding singer... he's a nice guy. I must have voted 50 times for him last week... Thank God! I would have been majorly pissed if he had gone home. America! Get the cotton out of your ears and vote on the "Best Singer" Not the cutest guy..... This is a singing contest not a beauty pagent. (although if were a beauty pagent... Ace still wouldn't get my vote) Taylor and Chris got him beat in the looks dept too! I love AI and have watched every season but if Elliot had gone home... I was prepared to delete Fox channel out of my lineup... VOTE PEOPLE FOR THE BEST SINGERS PEOPLE AND NOT FOR WHO YOU THINK IS CUTE! :-))

I just ran across this while searching for something else and find it so amusingly stupid. Those of us that saw Bucky's talent and Bucky himself are sure getting the last laugh. Let's see... he has a top 10 single and he was the highest selling male country artist his first week since Billy Ray Cyrus in 1992. Not bad Bucky! Oh, and I love that they put an add for the cd on here...lol.
