Tonight brings the two hour season finale of Lost. And this season’s finale is said to be more powerful than last year’s. So powerful that Lost creator JJ Abrams said his co-creator, Damon Lindelof, made an ending that surprised even him. I think that means that tonight will give us with two hours of intense viewing pleasure.
As is habit with Lost, when a question is answered, about 20 more pop up. We know there is a connection between the passengers as their flashbacks have hinted towards this. Will the finale bring us closer to discovering this connection or simply make us wonder even more? And will we finally get the truth on who The Others are, or just more teasers?
Michael has asked five of his “friends” to help him get Walt back. Sayid knows it is a scam and makes a plan with Jack to thwart it. Don’t believe me? Then check out the preview clip from AOL TV. And even though Michael is adamant about getting Walt back his way, it seems Kate has her suspicions too. Take a look at another preview clip as they set off to confront The Others.
The finale, “Live Together, Die Alone,” airs tonight, May 24, 2006 at 9/8 C.

I was a little disapointed with the Lost finale. We still don't know who "The Others" are...well, other than "the good guys" anyway. We don't know if Locke and Mr. Eko (my favorite character on Lost) are dead or alive. We still don't know what the "connection" between these people actually is.
As to what we do know? We know the original hatch got blowed up real good. We know that electro magnetic activity from the hatch is what crashed the plane. We know that Desmond's long lost love is going to find out he's dead sooner than later.
I want to know wtf this "Hanso foundation" and "Dharma" are all about. I guess thats why I'll be back next year. Hopefully ABC doesn't screw with the scheduling so much. They killed Invasion because of that.
That HansoFoundationCareers.com website is pretty damn funny by the way if you are a Lost fan.

Oh, I thought it was intense. And I've gotten to the point where I expect them to leave me hanging and wonder more than I learn. I think it is why I like the show so much, there is room for thinking moreso than other shows on television.
And you know, at some point Sayid, Jun and Sun are going to show up where they have Jack, Kate, and Sawyer. That's going to be interesting.
I wanna get a good look around The Others' hatch though.
