    Dave, I see about one film a week. It adds up. Believe me, there are Blogcritics who see way more than I do.

    I'm actually more into music than I am into film, but I find film reviews much faster and easier to write. I buy a lot of CDs but I almost never review them since it takes me such a long time to write about them.

    You need to use a gestalt approach to Syriana. Relax and let the film wash over you. You may have to see it twice.
