My parents saw the trailer for this the other day when they went to see War of the Worlds, they came home and told me that the movie looked good, and asked me if I knew anything about it. I hadn't even heard of it, so I took a look for the trailer.
After watching the trailer, I am looking forward to this. I am not sure how the end result will be when I eventually get that chance, but I like the idea of this adopted family. It goes beyond your blood and your skin color. This film pairs four adopted brothers, played by Mark Wahlberg, Tyrese Gibson, Andre Benjamin, and Garrett Hedlund, on a mission to find out the truth behind the shooting of their mother during a convenience store robbery.
I like the interaction I see between the four, I hope that it is a good movie. Something that leads hope to that is director John Singleton, granted his last film was 2 Fast 2 Furious, but he was also responsible for the excellent Higher Learning, and Boyz n the Hood.
You can see the trailer , here.

I saw this one on TV and was rather surprised. It's looks brutally violent. I may give it a go on DVD.

Yeah, when I saw the trailer I didn't know what to think. I think the idea has potential to be a serious film, but looking at the trailer I think they went with a fun film instead. I could be wrong...
