The Forgotten Coming

Check out the link above for a special customizable trailer for the Joseph Ruben-directed (Sleeping With the Enemy, The Good Son) thriller The Forgotten, hitting theaters September 24 from Revolution Studios and Columbia Pictures. Though the trailer looks very cool, the customizable aspect merely inserts your name into the action at key points: "What if this happened to you, ERIC OLSEN!?!"

Julianne Moore stars as a single mother, Telly Paretta, who when her 8-year-old son disappears, seeks the help of a psychiatrist (Gary Sinise) to cope with her grief, only to be told that her son is merely a figment of her imagination: her mind has made up eight years of false memories. When she meets a father (Dominic West) who has had a similar experience with his own recently disappeared daughter, the two team up to try to find the TRUTH.

It looks creepy and chilling in the manner of Kafka-esque paranoia come true.
