Igor, you are not alone, but you are in the minority. Look at the states that voted for Obama (blue states). All the blue states were the northern states with the smallest proportion of black people. All the red states were the southern states with the largest proportion of black people.
And the Katrina incident is a good case study of what black people will do when there is no law around and they think they can get away with something. For example, many young children were raped inside the arena. This is no different than anywhere else in Africa.
BTW - I took a Sociology class a year ago, and every single white person in the class was afraid to speak for fear of getting an F, despite the fact that the teacher was white. I'm not kidding. The black people in the class had a field day though. All the class did was slam white people. That's all we ever did. "Social Science" my ass.
The bottom line is that white people are doomed because of white liberalism. In a little over 100 years, the European mainland will be Arab. Britian and America will be black. Africa Addio is a poorly made exploitation film and there are so many faked and staged events, pathetic voice overs ("Whittly Farm, for sale!") that the entire film is nothing more than a Colonialist apologists' answer to "Faces of Death."
The colonialists talking about the "poor animals" that the black African's kill is perhaps the most laughable. White colonialists and white tourists are just as responsible as poachers for the destruction of wild life. They don't have the term "Great White Hunter" for nothing. I'm disgusted as an Italian that this film comes from Italy and the written portions of this abortion show the sad and gross lack of education and irony on the part of the "filmmakers."
Don't stereotype me by the way I'm well aware of how much Black African crime and disorder there is in countries such as South Africa and the rogue elements of the ANC and I don't believe in ritual circumcision but it all begs the question: "what did you expect?" to just keep exploiting, raping and stealing from Black Africa and getting your free ride like whites in the Pre-civil war south?
Africa Addio is important only as an example of how powerful and manipulative bad filmmaking can be and how those of us who think for ourselves and read history can escape being one of the hateful clones.

I saw this movie back in 1966 when it first came out and the only feeling I had then as I do now is that this wasn't designed to influence anyone about "racist" views but was intended to show how debased and inhuman people can become when offered a mistaken ideology of power and control over others.
A hidden agenda behind this slaughter was never really presented even though we now know how Colonialism and the removal of that by the UN interests caused a backlash so brutal that I still have nightmares to this day of this "splendidly horrible and disgusting" display of "man's inhumanity to man"

Africa Addio is rooted in historicl fact and gives a brave first-handed view into a hisous world of bizaree freaks, savagery and the lack of civilised behavior. I will not give this fool the satisfaction to uphold his partisan precepts and vigilant ideas about white guilt. This film is bold, brave and the most daring piece of work I have ever seen on film. The only injustice here is that this remarkable documentary was maligned by idiots like the Duke. He should rename himself, The Puke!
