It's sad day in the life of your epic saga loved by millions world wide when hard core fans feel free to make a parody of your latest and greatest efforts. One of the best things about the release of Episode III is the release of Star Wars III: A Lost Hope.
I've downloaded the six-minute movie from Sequential Pictures and probably watched it about a dozen times. It's knee slapping funny in some points. One of my favorite parts is when Jar-Jar Binks is hit by about 20 darts and apparently dies.
It also speaks to how easy it is to make a decent looking film. The filmmakers put it together on a low budget. Admittedly they ripped off some of the effects directly from Lucas Pictures but it looks good. Check out some of their other offerings like "Wigger Please," the music video.
