Normally we'd see three couples up for elimination. However, this week, only two were chosen. This put four dancers up on the chopping block and looking for the votes of America to keep them in the running. In the last two voting shows, America has chimed in with their calls setting record numbers each week for a voting competition show. Last week, we had 3 million and this week we had even more, the total call-in votes totaling 3.7 million.
America is definitely watching, and this week they have the choice between Snow and Melody on the girl's side, and Allan and Ryan on the men's side. Allan and Ryan have both won America's heart, so seeing one of these two go, especially for me, will be hard.
However, if I had to look at these two critically, I would agree with what one of the judges said about Allan. If this was a personality contest, he would win hands down. This isn't. It is a dance contest, and with his performance to save himself from elimination I don't think he did the job. I think Ryan worked it just a bit harder this week, and he deserves to stick around.
On the girl's side, the decision is a bit harder. Melody and Snow have both been in the final six before, just last week in fact. They are both wonderful dancers, but I find myself not enjoying Snow's performances as much as I do Melody's. Melody did wonderfully tonight, even with Allan as her partner in the lyrical performance. I think she should be the one to stay on the girl's side.
With each week that passes, competition becomes more heated. The dancers and the judges are giving everything they have, and I can't wait to see what happens next week. I didn't start out liking this show very much, but it is now one of my favorites.

I believe the song is Ma-Ya-Hi by O-Zone. There are different versions and remixes of this song so I'm not sure which one she danced to specifically.
Tough choice between Melody, who is phenomenal across several styles and Snow, who is such a fun presence to watch. I voted to keep Melody though.

Snow keeps doing the same solo dances. I don't get it. I think Melody should stay but all I hear about is Snow. Alan should have been gone before Craig and Jonnis.
Anyway this elimination process is so unfair. People aren't kicked voted off the show with a couple so why should they be put up for elimination as a couple.

Snow danced to Dragosta din Tea, originially by a Hungarian rock group. But she used a version by Lucas Prata, which as she's said, is her favorite to dance to.

Yeah, while I love snow's energy, I honestly dont know how shes getting by with the lip singing and same solo every week. I'm not going to take away from her ability at all, I just dont think she had proven herself to the best of her ability on the program. She needed to def. do something more this week, a camera hog gets boring doing the same thing over and over. But, props, shes there and I'm not!

Ryan rocked .. true allan should have been gone awhile back .. craig leaving was indeed a surprise .. snow is great .. true she is doing the same thing each week .. but i think she deserves to go on .. her dance with ryan wasnt their fault at all .. it was not cherographed by them .. but by someone else .. so saying that they didnt show enuff connections isnt their fault.. they were simply just following what was taught to them .. melody to me is more of a gym n stretchy person .. well all of them r great .. just cant wait to see who moves on this time .. =/

Alan should have been gone awhile ago...I hated that craig was kicked off he was one of my favorite guy dancers his style was so amazing its ashame more of america doesn't get some of the more technical dance styles....snow just bugs me, shes very good at ballroom but thats about it her solos never have any substance and she just looks akward dancing ballroom by herself....it will be interesting to see who stays but the show won't be the same if melody leaves, she has awesome technique with a twist of her own style

I think Allen should have gone before Craig, even though he has such a great personity. It's just he's not that great of a dancer, and this is So You Think You Can Dance? I think getting rid of Craig was unfair, he had it all. Looks, personity, sytle. And he loved Lifehouse, or danced to it a lot. Waa! Bring him back! Snow is starting to bug me, I liked her at first, but now it's the same thing every week. Does anyone have any pictures from the show? Of Craig? Or Nick?*Sigh*I love those two....

I HATE ALLAN! It makes me so mad when he dances.He was really cute at first, but I think a person can only run on sypathy for so long. I am extremely mad Craig left. He was my favourite guy, and the fact allan was chosen to stay over him makes me so sad. Craig and snow are my favourites and I really hope at least Snow makes it this week.
She may not be the most entertaining but her personality, style, and beauty just blow me away.

Technically speaking Melody is much better than Snow. I was impressed by Snow's audition, but since then the only thing she has done really well at was her ballroom routine in the week 6 show. Melody on the other hand has shown herself to be incredibly versatile; she is almost always the strongest of a pair. Last week the only reason that she was up for elimination at all was because Craig didn't shine in the hip-hop routine, and this week because Allan just wasn't good enough at the lyrical choreography. Snow's solo was fun to watch, but was disappointing from a technical standpoint; aside from the music it was the same as her last two solo performances. Melody manages to make her solo performances unique and compelling. Allan is not a bad dancer, but he just doesn't have the needed adaptability for this competition. I'm kind of surprised that he's made it this far at all, and I think he's done it mostly on personality (not that he doesn't have talent). Allan's solo was also unimpressive. I'm not sure what happened with Ryan this week. His solo was absolutely fantastic, but the routine with Snow was, tricks aside, not great. I suspect that he is up tonight more because of Snow than himself. Ryan has shown with the latin dances that he's danced in previous weeks that he can push himself well beyond his break dancing background.

hi, I just wanted to say that Nick and melody are my favourite. I like them because they make me want to dance. And i used to dance. So there's the common relation there. I hope they stay till the end. Cause i really like them. I like nick cause he is very cute and i like melody cause she is a fun dancer to watch. I wish I was on the show to watch them. I like watching this kind of stuff on television. You should have this show on next season. Cause the people that are watching this show are very happy with this. if i had to rate this show i would rate it at 10 out of 10. I like it alot. This makes me happy to see how these people can dance. I like Allan to. For his size he is a pretty good dancer. I think. I have watch every show of this except for one, cause i had to go somewhere. That's all I have to say!!

The song that Destiny and Jamile danced to is Din Dah Dah (or Din Daa Daa) by George Kranz (I'm pretty sure). I remember it fondly from my breakdancing days. :-)
