The Duke Says - Francis Ford Coppola made this whimsical crock of shite before going off to make films about the Mafia and the Nam. Fred Astaire makes his last ever appearance in a full-length musical, starring as a fella who steals a pot of gold from a leprechaun in charming old Ireland. A load of old wank, frankly.

Five Star Stories (2005)
Studio: ADV Films, Inc.
Rated: Not Rated

Fobia 2 (1998)
Studio: WEA
Rated: Unrated

A Fond Kiss (2004)
Studio: Lion's Gate Films
Rated: R
The Duke Says - On account of The Duke considers Ken Loach to be a patronizing, useless old fucker, I still haven't seen this here number, nor indeed any flick he's made since My Name Is Joe. Chances are this is half-reasonable, though, being a light-hearted Romeo And Juliet type carry-on, concerning a relationship between a Pakistani fella and his Glasgow lass.

Fushigi Yugi: The Mysterious Play - Vol. 5 (1997)
Geneon Signature Series
Studio: Geneon Entertainment
Rated: Not Rated

Game of Death (1978)

Chris, Sword Of Doom is well worth checking out. And yeah, Criterion do a brilliant job. shame they couldn't grab more extras on occasion. Mind you, extras or no, their release of Kwaidan is immaculate. Dig those colors, would you ever?
