  In the attempt to find a hat like dannys short brim wool cap, I have come up with a solution. I found hats at Aeropostal that are a flex fit wool cap with a long brim. There is a patch on the front. My sister is going to school to be a clothing designer and came up with a great idea. We have altered the hats. The brim is 2 inches, the patch is taken off, it looks exactly the same as the one he wears. Look here for the pictures of the hat before and after...

  The hats are almost sold out. The lady i talked with said they will not be making them again for thier store. I have bought 15 of them. If anyone is interested in buying one let me know. If there are enough requests I will put the hats on e bay. Otherwise i will return them to the store for my money back. the hats will be set at a buy it now price of 30.00. Once again, let me know what you guys think!

  I should have clarified that if you purchase a hat we will alter it. So the hat you see in the pictures is the same as what you will get.

  Hey peeps. Im about to get some (don't know how many yet) of Danny's hat custom made cause I know a hat manufacturer. Goorin doesn't make those hats anymore. Let me know which one you guys like better: the Grey Wool one or the Brown/Black checkered one. I will put them on ebay if you guys like. Thanks.

  The other one is not actually green, it is a tan color. It is from Nordstroms. It is by a company called "block" go here to see other hats by them. They also have one called the "preppy cap" that is nice. The block one was 30 dollars.

  All the hats he has seem to come from oversees suppliers. I bought 2 visor beanies from an Ebay seller located in the UK, and it seems american retail stores havent grasped the simple concept of creating good hats. European hat styles, it seems, are dominant at this point. I think american hats are slumping anyways, all we have are those lame ass flat billed "homie" hats.

  Hey dudes,
  Just want to thank the people that posted info on here. I read the stuff and went to Urban Outfitters (luckily I live near one!) and indeed, the beanie visor (tan one) that Danny wears can be purchased there. They only had 2 left in the color black. I personally prefer black anyway. The brand is indeed Clover as well - although it is pretty much impossible to find a website online. Go to UO quick before they are sold out! The SF store was out, the San Jose, CA store (near me) in Santana Row has 1 left now! =)

  i have finally come across a manufacturer after four some odd months of searching and searching to find the perfect short billed cap (baseball hat not cadet) and have finally found one. the hat comes in four colors and is the plain look with nothing else on it. i know alot of people haven't had luck finding the exact one (gray style) or have settled for the plaid goorin aperture hat but this hat is way better. i'll be auctioning off the info for two bucks on ebay if anyone is interested post here. if not thats fine also... i've already received the hat and am loving it and getting compliments on it everytime i wear it out! its the closest thing to the plain grey goorin hat danny wears and as a matter of fact i think this one looks even better-not as cheap looking i guess you can say. anyway post here if your looking for me to put that info up on ebay. yeah its a way to make a buck but hey if you want the hat then i've got the place. trust me the only reason i'm actually even thinking i can do this is because one, i spent the time almost everyday looking for this hat and two, this is FINALLY THE HAT that everyone has been looking for. honestly, there probably won't be anymore posts on short billed hats after mine because of this hat.

  thats fucking stupid of yourself. $38 is what i paid. i am just going to post this cause nobody really responded and the company shipped my hat 10 days late because of the holidays so i called and bitched so now i have the brown and black hats for the price of just one. its www.mixwellusa.com clik on accessories then hats. its the block/mixwell herringbone cap. you'll definetely see it. you can thank me later. its the shit.

  If anybody is still interested, the urban outfitters website has new short brim caps in. they are really rounded, i got the grey one and i like it a lot. btw, does anybody here have the Obey Clientele hat? Thanks!
