People have asked me (not really, but let's go with it anyway), if I'm serious about my plan for a Sword in the Stone ride, the ride I would create were I an Imagineer and given the chance. The answer is, unabashedly, yes, I'm totally serious. I truly do believe in the attraction or I wouldn't waste my time with it. Now, my telling you all about it in no way means that the ride will be built, but I'd love to see it built. I'd love to, at the very least, see it discussed (and not just by me).

Nature – "A Mystery in Alaska.” See, this title is a clever play on the movie Mystery, Alaska. Do you understand what Nature is doing here? They’re referencing a not terribly popular movie because at the time the episode went into production no one knew that the movie wouldn’t be terribly popular. It’s a play on words that negatively impacts the episode, but that could have helped had the movie done better (needless to say, this episode is a repeat).
9:00PM – 10:30PM
Masterpiece Mystery! – "The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Series VI – 'Natural Causes.'" The eight Earl of Asherton (that would by Thomas Lynley) is going back in time. Earlier this month Series VII aired, now we're back on Series VI. Poor Lynley, he's in for some serious heartache at the end of this series.
10:30PM – 11:00PM
Ribbon of Sand. Things change. It's the way of the world. It just happens. Things change. Get used to it. In this documentary Meryl Streep tells us all about how things change off the coast of North Carolina, in North Carolina's Outer Banks, to be specific. The sand shifts, the beautiful islands that exist now may not exist in the future. Things change.

PBS Convention Coverage – A Newshour Special Report – "Democratic Convention." I am really and truly excited for this, and you should be too. Seriously, this is a big election coming up. The world is changing, and depending on who we elect, it might change differently. We should all be well aware of who we're going to vote for (or against) and why we're going to do that.
